2009 Beyer Band Boosters Fireworks Booth

Please sign up! We are really in need of volunteers to help run the booth! See information below...

June 30th - July 4th is our annual Phantom Fireworks Booth. We need lots of help to keep this running smoothly and safely from anyone 18 and older! The shifts are as follows:

Tuesday, June 30th: 3:00 - 6:30, 6:30 - 9:00.
Wednesday, July 1st: noon - 3:30, 3:30 - 7:00, 7:00 - 10:00.
Thursday, July 2nd: noon - 3:30, 3:30 - 7:00, 7:00 - 10:00.
Friday, July 3rd: 10:00 - 1:00, 1:00 - 4:00, 4:00 - 7:00, 7:00 - 10:00. Saturday, July 4th: 8:00 - 11:00, 11:00 - 2:00, 2:00 - 5:00, 5:00 - 8:00, 8:00 - 10:30 (includes clean up).

Fireworks Scrip

Now through July 2nd: We have Phantom Fireworks/Beyer Band Booster scrip available to all band and guard members. Each coupon has a $10.00 value. Scrip sales are the #1 way for us to bump up our sales totals and the only way you can help sell fireworks and be earning money towards your student account!

If you or anyone you know is going to buy fireworks and will be buying them from us - sell the scrip! Scrip sales can not be made at the booth location. You must make arrangements with Trish separately to turn in the scrip tags, with the money collected, to have those coupons added to the active scrip list. All scrip transactions are verified.
