Starting in 2010-2011, we will transition to Charms Office Assistant for many functions of the program. Click on the link above and sign in using information provided by Mr. Rivera.

Our Volunteer Sign-Up Page will remain on Google Docs, and is shared so anyone can view or edit. It contains sheets for food donations, meal plan, volunteering for events, and more. When a new page is posted to the sign up document, you will get an email through Charms letting you know it's available.

About the Beyer Band Boosters

The Beyer High School Band Boosters (BBB), a non-profit organization, is essential to the Beyer Band & Guard family. It provides the majority of the funding for the program, and in cooperation with the band director, serves as a support network for all aspects of the program throughout the year.

The volunteers that work in the BBB help in many ways. Led by our blue crew parents, they help promote our program locally, organize events, plan travel, cook, clean, prepare band uniforms each season, and overall, do an outstanding job keeping the program running at a top-notch level for our dedicated students.

We are always looking for new parent volunteers! If you are interested in helping out, please either check our list of currently active committees and fundraisers below and email the chairperson, or send an email to our booster president, Charlene Cano.
